For over 20 years Meg Langland, M.Ed., LPC has been dedicated to helping individuals actualize their potential and overcome barriers to become more confident in social and business situations. Her guidance has led to heightened career and personal satisfaction for hundreds of clients, both on college campuses and in organizational settings. Before forming Greater Visions Consulting LLC, Meg served for 22 years as Director of Career Development at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. As an experienced presenter, she also facilitated job searching workshops for dislocated employees from major companies throughout the state.
A life-long learner, Meg has sought additional ways to expand her knowledge base and positively impact others’ professional development. She became a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths Coach in 2017 and since then, has led a variety of Gallup CliftonStrengths trainings for businesses, non-profits, as well as members of the higher education communities.
In 2013, Meg became a Certified Etiquette Consultant through The Etiquette Institute in St. Louis, Missouri. Out of a desire to update her knowledge, Meg participated again in a full Etiquette Institute training in April of 2024. In her role as an Etiquette Consultant, Meg has presented dozens of highly rated, engaging dining and networking sessions to college campuses, businesses, non-profits as well as to regional and national conferences.
A graduate of the University of Missouri’s Educational and Counseling Psychology Master’s program, Meg is also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). A member of Toastmasters International for over 20 years, Meg is currently an officer in the Columbia Downtown Toastmasters Club, where she is privileged to help members develop their communication and leadership skills.
