These themes represent different ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving that can be productively applied to enhance peoples’ lives. This highly respected assessment offers a positive and strengths-based approach to maximize individuals’ potential for professional as well as personal success. It is trusted by a vast majority of Fortune 500 companies and taken worldwide by over 34 million people.

Group Presentations lead participants through a variety of exercises that create awareness of their talents and maximize their Strengths. Sessions are highly Interactive and tailored to the unique needs of the participants and can last from 2 to 6 hours, depending on the format.

Personalized Coaching explores an individual’s unique potential and talents in-depth, and their Strengths are cultivated to reach their goals. Practical strategies help maximize their Gallup Strengths and are designed to the needs of the individual.

Sessions can be from one to multiple meetings.

Strengths Discovery – Why It Matters

Gallup-Clifton Strengths is a transformative process that empowers individuals and teams to unlock their full potential by focusing on their innate talents. By embracing a strengths-based approach, individuals can achieve greater success, fulfillment, and well-being in all areas of their lives. It crystallizes the value employees bring to their career and what they need to do their best. Gallup’s research reveals individuals are “3X more likely to report having an excellent quality of life” and “6X as likely to strongly agree they have the chance to do what they do best every day” after integrating principles of CliftonStrengths into their lives.

Interpretation – How It Happens

All sessions begin with a brief overview of the history and concepts of Gallup’s Strengths, followed by interactive exercises that reinforce participants’ learning. Sessions are targeted to meet the goals of the organization or individual and are highly engaging, affirming and growth oriented. A ‘Team Grid’ can be made available for team members to understand each other’s Gallup Strengths and how they show up as a team.

The session leader’s interpretation of the Gallup’s CliftonsStrengths assessment reflects whether the participants received the “Top 5 Report” or the “Full 34 Report” of their Strengths. Although the length of the sessions is the same, one “Report” may be better suited for a particular audience or budget. Both Reports include highly detailed and individualized information that have shown to positively impact one’s professional as well personal life.
